A superb tour stop that I highly recommend for all. The road to/from is narrow and winding, but the 'prize' once you finally get that is SO worth it. Go to the top of the fort to sing the bell and feel accomplished. Enjoy!!!

Wow. The view is spectacular! Once you are up the hill you can see all the way to the Martinique! We had a calm ocean day so it was breathtaking!

We had an amazing trip to the fortress today. Plan on a half day at least and make sure you have water. It was a workout walking the whole.place but very cool. The views are amazing! Lots of great info about the colonization of the island and the building and restoration of the fort. If you travel to St Kitts this is a must see if you enjoy history.
